However, as my boss (a massive, very present woman with a fiery red crop do) walked around yesterday and today asking people one by one for a 1:1-meeting outside, I learnt a new word, namely 'duck duck goose' which is equivalent to the german 'Plumpsack' game which is mainly playing with the human fear of being randomly picked and killed by the unknown (further comparison can be made to the fear of the authority in a violent despotic society - hence duck to remain unnoticed). In the english game the 'Plumpsack' is called 'It'.

The comparison of 'duck duck goose' to the situation at work is self-evident.
